Return your order

You have received your order, but it is not quite what you expected? No problem at all! You can return your order free of charge within 14 days of receipt.

1. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
2. Register your return using the button in the e-mail of the original order.
3. We will send you a return label by e-mail.
4. Deliver the package to a DHL point in your neighbourhood.
5. Ask for a proof of delivery and keep it safe. We are not responsible for damaged or lost return items.
6. Upon receipt of the article, we will assess whether it meets the return conditions. If it does, your purchase amount will be refunded within 24 hours.

Return dropped off at our physical location

Terms and Conditions

• You have informed us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return the product. You do not need to give a reason for this.
• You can prove that you returned the product within the following 14 days.
• For smooth processing we ask you to register your return via the button in the e-mail of the original order.
• The product has only been unpacked or used to the extent necessary to judge whether you wish to keep it. Please feel free to examine the product as you would in a shop;
• The product is in its original state and packaging.
• The product is delivered to us in good condition, without assembly or transport damage. Please be careful not to damage the product during your 14 days. We are entitled to withhold compensation for damage caused by the consumer.
• Returns for roof hatches are only valid if you have contacted us beforehand to check any dimensions/sizes to ensure that you have the correct one.
• Our return policy also does not apply to all electronic and normal replacement parts.
